Village of Woodridge

CCS is playing a major role in the new Woodridge Police Department station, new Public Works Salt Dome and Cold Storage Facilities, and renovation of the current police department/public works facility at 1 Plaza Drive. Replacing the current facilities built-in 1986, the $32 Million construction project consists of a 35,000 SF police building and a 12000 SF Public Works building. CCS is providing Owner Representative project management services from pre-construction through construction closeout and occupancy. The project will be Design-Build and is currently in the preconstruction phase with construction expected to start in Spring 2022.
