About The Project
United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is the first and most prominent comprehensive national university in the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 1976 by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, UAEU aspires to become a comprehensive, research-intensive university and currently enrolls approximately 13,000 Emiratis and international students. CCS led the construction of a 475,000-square-foot medical education facility, which includes research labs, lecture rooms, offices, an auditorium, a central plant, a chiller and process boilers. CCS provided services that included bills of quantities and budget review/validation.
