Built in 2021, 800 West Fulton Market is in Chicago, Illinois. This 19-story office property spans 480,490 square feet and is within the heart of the highly desirable Fulton Market District of Chicago, home to major companies such as Google, Uber and the new corporate headquarters of McDonald’s.
CCS provided oversight for the construction of this signature complex, comprising an office building, retail podium and a 28,200-square-foot parking structure. The 13-level office tower component totals 313,450 square feet and the podium rooftop features 6,500 square feet of outdoor amenities. With a goal of LEED Platinum, the sustainable features include green roofs, proximity to transit services and bike parking.
