CCS played a primary role in the development of a new 28-story condominium development in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. The tower, built through a construction-manager delivery method, features 272 living units ranging from 1,709 SF to 2,140 SF (one to three bedrooms), 28 studios, and 16 penthouses. Through on-site observation and change order management during construction CCS was responsible for significant owner cost savings by mediating change order responsibility between the CM and Ownership. The building’s premium amenity package is headlined by a rooftop featuring a full-size pool with sundeck, a landscaped park with botanic gardens, a dog run, and a picnic area. The building also offers residents a club room and lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a range of cardio and weight equipment, a business/conference center, and a community room. A parking garage occupies the lower levels of the building.
