About The Project
Located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, Ben Taub Hospital has garnered respect both locally and worldwide as an outstanding acute care facility and an elite Level I trauma center. This hospital, with 402 licensed beds, houses the Ginni and Richard Mithoff Trauma Center, which cares for more than 80,000 emergency patients each year. Staffed by physician faculty and residents from Baylor College of Medicine, Ben Taub serves as a teaching facility to the next generation of healthcare providers.
CCS has completed 16 projects to date comprising various improvements, expansions and modifications to the existing campus. We have been a critical part of the campus master plan, including work on an existing 990,000-square-foot facility plus associated parking structures, MEP system modifications and updates, renovation of the existing pulmonary suite and phased renovation of the existing emergency center.
