About The Project

CCS led the building of the new 114,850 SF, 3-story Fountaindale Public Library in Bolingbrook, IL. The new facility includes spaces for youth services, adult services, technical services, meeting rooms, and administrative offices. The building achieved a prestigious LEED Gold Certification and was one of the first public projects in Bolingbrook to pursue LEED certification. This project was completed well under budget, and the savings were used to complete Studio 600, a filming and sound studio in the basement of the facility.
