About The Project
We completed a 42,000 SF, 2-story 911 Call Center, which will serve Houston for the next 25 years. The facility features 100+ call center consoles plus an additional 21 consoles for radio dispatch. Other amenities include conference rooms, offices, locker rooms, and a break room. The building and building systems are being designed to operate before, during, and after a hurricane to withstand winds up to 155 mph; other features include a 400-ft communications tower and an innovative geothermal HVAC system.
