About The Project
Kemah is 25 miles northwest of Galveston in northeastern Galveston County, TX. Established in 1898, CCS led the construction of a 192,535 SF new parking structure with 500 spaces for the Gulf Coast Center. The facility will house a 2,500 SF transit terminal — used by commuters to reach Houston or Galveston — and 7,500 SF of joint-use space for a future City Hall.
