Naperville Main Redevelopment – Van Buren Parking Deck Expansion

CCS led the 105,244 SF 5-story addition to the existing municipal parking garage that accommodates approximately 300 cars. Phase 2 of the project included an 80,000 SF mixed-use building including retail shops, restaurants, tenant build-out, and law office space in downtown Naperville.
