Villa Park Public Library

CCS provided Owner Representation services for the $10 million renovations of a two-story, 22,000 SF library, in Villa Park, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. The project included the construction of a two-story, 9,300 SF addition on the north side of the existing building and a new parking lot with 55 parking spaces. CCS organized the work in three phases which allowed the building to remain operational. We delivered the project within the budget and maintained operations during construction.
