About The Project

CCS completed a new 30,500-square-foot, two-story complex housing the Downers Grove fire station and administrative offices. The new facility consists of four apparatus bays, living quarters for 12 firefighters, an exercise room and a kitchen. The administration building includes training space and offices. Development of the 1.75-acre site included landscaping with underground sprinklers, a patio, public walks, parking and an underground stormwater retention system.
