Village of Oak Park

Elevate Creative in Oak Park is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development anchored by a Target store at the base of 271 new luxury residential units and a five-level, 418-space parking garage. Located in the heart of downtown Oak Park. CCS led the development of the new parking garage and streetscape elements and 28,350 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The five-level public parking garage will have 424 parking spaces and will be adjacent to the Oak Park transit center with easy access to the CTA Greenline, Metra, and eight PACE and CTA buses. CCS completed a 104,400-square-foot, three-story library that doubled the size of the existing main library within the constraints of a confined site with associated constructability issues. CCS completed this project substantially under budget, leaving approximately $2 million for renovations to the historic Maze Branch Library on Gunderson.
